The disciples seen this man foaming, and shaking, etc, and unbelief kicked in, because of what they saw; Jesus is saying, perverse ( willfully counter what is expected ) generation; in other words is should be EXPECTED to heal people that are about die; if you don't think so, that's WRONG believing; ( Lk 9:41 ) God bless!
