Jesus flesh is the bread of life He is referring to, that is the manna, that came from heaven, that people should seek to eat from, the fact that he came in the flesh from heaven, and died, and rose from His flesh, now people, can spiritually eat, because of that forever; ( Jn 6:46-51 ) God bless!
