Through the whole book of John, as Jesus was preaching to the religious leaders, they were focused on the physical, death, and Jesus was talking spiritual, not death; same today, people are more concerned about the 5 senses, then revelation from God; second death, spiritual death, is also in ( Rev 20:14 ) ( Jn 8: 51-52 ) God bless!
