Reborn, transformed; Rapture; ( words of Jesus )

Rapture word is not in the Bible, but the definition is to take a person to another place, which agrees with what will happen in these verses; Jesus said, two people would be doing things, one would be taken, one not; Saying one would be saved, raptured, and the other not saved, not raptured when that time comes; Point, be ready for that time of God's, how?
