Luke finished the book of Luke, and began Acts, with how the disciples were to wait on the Promise; along with many scriptures in Acts, like in Acts 8:14-17 just to name one, defines receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit, to be clothed from on high, after you have received Jesus, as Lord, and Savior; ( Lk 24:49 ) God bless!
