Blessed are ye that hunger ( words of Jesus )

Your physical body can't go without food for a certain amount of time, it needs it's nutrients; same with you spiritually; even though it is perfect, and has every intention of doing the things of God, you have to feed it truth , so it has something to remind your mind, and soul of; so those that are hungry spiritually, God will fill with His love, and truth; ( Lk 6:21 ) God bless!

Blessed is poor! ( words of Jesus )

This refers back to Matt 5 that talks about blessed is the poor in spirit, theirs is the kingdom of God; what Jesus is saying is blessed ( complete happiness ) are those that realize they are poor without the help of a Savior, and realize they need Jesus; whether it's financially, spiritually, physically, etc; ( Lk 6:20 ) God bless!

Jesus heals on Sabbath ( words of Jesus )

Jesus healed the man with a withered hand on the Sabbath; to prove to the religious Pharisees that Jesus, who is God, came to fulfill ( satisfy ) the laws that were once given, proving it is o.k. to do good on the Sabbath; Deny self, and submit to God by letting the Holy Spirit control you, and you will obey the laws accidentally ( Lk 6: 7-9 ) God bless!

Human need over ceremonial regulations ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying that David's need was more important than the ceremonial regulation of only the Priest being able to eat this bread at the time of David fleeing from Saul; Human need is more important than religious regulations; Christianity is a RELATIONSHIP, not RELIGION; ( Lk 6: 3-5 ) God bless!

Glory of God present; no need to fast ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying as long as He was with them here on earth, there was no need to fast, because He was basically saying that the glory of God was present with them; now fasting is in order to break yokes, combat carnality, and combat unbelief of the five senses, etc ( Lk 5: 34-35 ) God bless!

Jesus calls sinners, not righteous ( words of Jesus )

The Pharisees were wondering why Jesus were eating with sinners, and unrighteous people; when Jesus came to call sinners ( which means all of us ) not people who think they're righteous; ( Lk 5: 31-32 ) God bless!

Resurrection day; Easter

Easter means " Passover " so we as Gentiles believers are celebrating the Resurrection of our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ which happen at the same time as the Passover for Jews; so remember, and celebrate what Christ has done for the whole world; HE LIVES! ( Col 2:16 ) God bless!

Lower parts of earth! day 2

Jesus descended into the lower parts of the earth, to snatch the keys of death from Satan ( Eph 4:9 ); and to preach to the people in Abraham's bosom ( 1 Pet 3:19 ); to the saints from the old testament; God bless

Good Friday!

This was the day over 2000 years ago, where Jesus died on a Roman cross, which showed people that the person on the cross submitted to the Romans; so thank God, Jesus was humble enough as God to hang on a cross for us to have a relationship with God the Father; the world partied on this day THINKING, Jesus was dead! ( Matt 16:21; Lk 18:31,32; Jn 12:30-32 ) God bless!

The first thing God does is forgives us; so there are spiritual laws that govern walking in victory, and maybe the most important one is forgiving others; ( Lk 5: 20-24 ) God bless!

Testimony! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus wanted people to go tell others about the testimony of Him healing others of leprosy, which was uncurable; So minister to others that God wants them healed, and speak to the sickness, and command it to be removed, and for them to be healed in the name of Jesus; then they can testify what God has done in their life; GOD WANTS YOU HEALED! ( Lk 5: 13-14 ) God bless!

Catch men ( words of Jesus )

We as believers should be out preaching, and spreading the gospel, good news, telling others God loves them and wants a relationship with them, catching men; ( Lk 5:10 ) God bless!

Deep! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said launch your net into the DEEP end of the water for Simon to catch fish; just like today, you're going to have to dig into the deep parts of life to fish men! ( Lk 5:4 ) God bless!

Hardened heart!

Whatever you neglect, your heart becomes hardened to, whatever you are focus on, you become sensitive to; ( Prov 4:23 ) God bless!

Unbelieving listeners ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying that His listeners were as unbelieving as the great wickedness time of the Northern kingdom of Israel in Elijah, and Elisha's day; take inventory of your heart, and open it to the Lord, and repent today! ( Lk 4:25-27 )

Accept who you know ( words of Jesus )

Jesus could not do miracles where He was from, because people didn't accept Him as a prophet, because they knew him from His youth; accept people who you knew before they grew mature in Christ: ( Lk 4:24 ) God bless!

All the prophesy, and promises, and words spoken in the old testament, that the old testament saints heard about; FINALLY came true when Jesus of Nazareth arrived on earth; this same Jesus LIVES TODAY! ( Lk 4:21 ) God bless!

This year, and every year is the year of the Lord; to bind the brokenhearted, bring liberty to the captives, people who are bound, set free, and sight to the blind, physically, or spiritually; All things are possible through Christ, He is our final authority for everything! ( Lk 4:18 ) God bless!

Don't tempt Lord ( words of Jesus )

I think of sayings of these manners " Lord if you are real, help me win the lottery " " if you are real, I don't have to work, you'll provide " this is tempting God; If then this; find out God's character through His word, and spending time with Him everyday; ( Lk 4:12 ) God bless!

Control behavior!

We can control our behavior, just as if we would act in a appropriate way if our Pastor, boss, or policeman were right in front of us; so YOU CAN control your behavior toward others; ( Rom 14:19 ) God bless!

How many people would have fell for this deceit of Satan; if he offers you money, and power in THIS world, to serve him in stead of God; this life is a bus stop compared to eternity; ( Lk 4:8 ) God bless

Jesus quoted the word to the Devil; we should take notes, and never fight the Devil without the word; LIVE by every word of God; ( Lk 4:4 ) God bless!

THEM that believe ( words of Jesus )

Cast out devils, and speak in new tongues, take up serpents like Moses, and Paul, and IF, not on purpose, they drink any deadly thing, it shall not harm them; and lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover; ( Mk 16: 17-18 ) God bless!

Don't BELIEVE not saved ( words of Jesus )

Notice this says those that believe, and are baptized are saved; then notice it says those that don't believe ONLY are NOT saved; so you CAN be saved without being baptized; ( Mk 16:16 ) God bless!
