Life, and death!

ANYTHING contrary to the abundant life ( joy, prosperity, health, peace, truth, etc ) is death ( depression, sick, poverty, stress, fear, doubt, etc ) Life, and death, does not ONLY mean to be alive physically, or to die physically; ( Rom 3:23; 8:6 ) God bless!

It takes faith ( words of Jesus )

The Centurion's servant was sick, and his faith, lead him to approach Jesus, and ask him to heal his servant; and Jesus, pleased at this man's faith, healed his servant; ( Lk 7:1- 9 ) God bless!

Build your house on Rock ( words of Jesus )

Are you building your house, your faith, and hope, and trust, on sand, or rock ( Jesus ); by meditating in the word daily, on ALL parts of your life, and using the Bible as a guide to life, so that WHEN problems come up, you don't get discouraged; ( Lk 6: 47-49 ) parable God bless!

Never did things ( words of Jesus )

In Matt 7:21-23, people think that the people Jesus was talking about, did works in His name, well I believe this verse clearly states, that they NEVER even did the works, they thought they were doing; " Lord Lord and do NOT the things I say; ( Lk 6:46 ) God bless!

Good tree,good fruit ( words of Jesus )

Those that bear good fruit, good fruit will be produced, and the other way around, you don't plant apples, and get a orange tree; so others can tell, what you are sowing, just by looking at your life, and what is reaping; ( Lk 6: 43-45 ) God bless !

Beam in eye ( words of Jesus )

Usually when there is one finger pointing at you, there are usually 3 pointing back; don't be so quick to point fingers, when you probably have the same issues; ( Lk 6: 41- 42 ) God bless!

Journey more important, then the destination!

How you learn from your mistakes, how you trust God during the journey, what your motives are, and if God has ALL of your heart, is more important, then reaching your ambitions in this life; ( 2 Chorn 16:9 ) God bless!

Teacher, master ( words of Jesus )

The application I got from this verse is secular school teachers, and today's educational secular school system, that has gotten away from biblical truths after world war 2; so compare the Bible, to what you are being taught in secular High schools, and colleges, and stand for the truth; ( Lk 6:39-40 ) God bless!

Give, and it be given ( words of Jesus )

Give; time, money, effort, love, respect, peace, joy, and it will be given unto you, with the same measure that you do these things, it shall be done to you again; ( Lk 6:38 ) God bless!

You are forgiven, so forgive ( words of Jesus )

 If you are reborn, then you are already forgiven, so forgiving others is not based on RATHER God will forgive you or not, that just means, if you're walking in unforgiveness, then you don't understand, and are not fully walking in the forgiveness that you have from the Lord; ( Lk 6:37 ) God bless!

Love enemies ( words of Jesus )

Love your enemies, in other words love the person, and hate the sin, or the life style of the sin; the battle is not against flesh, and blood, so love people, hate sin; ( LK 6:35 ) God bless!

Lend with mercy ( words of Jesus )

When you lend things to people, have mercy on their need at the time, and you don't have to always be so quick to search them down, to pay you back, if they are struggling at the time; SINNERS lend to profit, be different from sinners as a believer! ( Lk 6:34 ) God bless

Live above privilege!

Live above your privilege's you have has a born again believer! The word of God, promises us lots of things, healing, prosperity, peace, joy, favor, restoration, and on, and on, and on, so go to the word, to see what promises are available to you as a believer! ( 2 Cor 1:20 ) God bless!

Love those that don't love ( words of Jesus )

Even un believers, love those that love them, do for those who do for them, etc; the point being, love and do for those that DON'T do those things for you; ( Lk 6:32 ) God bless!

Golden rule ( words of Jesus )

This is a simple one; do as to others as you would have them do onto you; if you want to be respected, give respect; if you don't want others stealing from you, don't steal from them, and the list goes on, an on, and on; ( Lk 6:31 ) God bless!

Giving attitude ( words of Jesus )

Always be in a giving mood, or attitude as a believer; be willing to be in a position to give, just the same as you would always be in a attitude to receive; ( Lk 6:30 ) God bless!

Turn other cheek ( words of Jesus )

Be patient in the midst of injury, and don't seek private revenge, or seek to hurt others that hurt you; long suffering with others; I would never tell anyone to let someone beat them physically to death; So guard your life, but don't seek revenge ( Lk 6:29 ) God bless!

Bless them! ( Words of Jesus )

Bless ( speak good of  ) those that curse ( speak or do bad to ) you! love is the point people! ( Lk 6: 28 ) God bless!

Evidence!

If you were arrested for being a Christian, would they have enough evidence to convict you; do you talk, watch, seek, act like; your unbeliever, friends, family, neighbors, co-workers;; ( 1 Jn 2:6 ) God bless!

Went to see prophet ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying, you didn't go to the wilderness to see a famous, good looking, rich fantasy person; you came to the wilderness to see a prophet, named John the baptist, to clear the way for Jesus, the Messiah; ( Lk :24-27 ) God bless!

Not offended ( words of Jesus )

Offended in the Bible is, cause to fall into sin; that's one of the ways it is used; Blessed ( blissful; complete happiness from above ) is he that DON'T let people cause them to fall into their sinful nature ( Lk 7:23 ) God bless!

Tell people ( words of Jesus )

The blind can see, the lame can walk.........., Jesus wants us well today as well; just like He told them to tell John the baptist of these great things while he ( John ) was in prison; start telling others what Christ has done for you, and others; ( Lk 7:22 ) God bless!

Don't weep! ( words of Jesus )

This widow's son was dead, and Jesus said weep not, and said arise, not oh God would you help me, he spoke TO the problem; how many of you would say weep not, and arise, instead of worrying, and calling 911 in fear; not saying calling 911 is wrong, but would you attempt to handle things like Jesus; ( Lk 7: 13-14 ) God bless!

Your faith matters ( words of Jesus )

The person praying faith matters, and the person GETTING PRAYED FOR, faith matters, so it takes both parties, as Jesus say's here; this centurion ( a Roman officer in charge of a hundred men ) had more faith in Jesus as a none Jew than some of the Jews; no matter background, race, education, etc, faith in Jesus  pleases Him; ( Lk 7:9 ) God bless!
