Day 31 of change! Salt! ( words of Jesus )

Salt is God being active in your life; God is the only salt, which makes people thirsty, adds flavor, and penetrates; All these are attributes of God working in your life to be effective with others; ( Mk 9:49-50 ) God bless!

Day 30 of change! Cut off painful sin! ( words of Jesus )

The only sin, singular, that sends you to hell, is not believing in Jesus as Lord ( Jn 16:7-9 ); So, to cut your eye, arm, leg off if it's causing you to sin, has to be a allegory, which Jesus spoke sometimes, in regards to if there is a sin that is hindering you from receiving Jesus, cut it off, that will be as painful as actually cutting your leg, arm off etc; ( Mk 9:42-48 ) God bless!

Day 29 of change! Little things count; ( words of Jesus )

It's the little things that count as well with the Lord: Anything you do as give one of his children a cup of water, you will not lose your reward, because when you do that you're doing it as unto God, and He forgets not; Point, anything you do for God's sake is not in vain! ( Mk 9:40-41 ) God bless!

Day 28 of change! Psalm Sunday!

( Ps 103:2-3 )- Bless the Lord, speak good of the Lord, because He HAS forgiven all of our iniquities, believers sins past, present, future ( Heb 10:10,12,14 ), and healed all our diseases ( 1 Pet 2:24 ), via Jesus punishment for us; God bless!

Day 27 of change! ( Numbers )

Numbers, which has to do with numbers, roll call ( v1:44-46 ), is full of the numbers of tribes, etc, with the nation of Israel; You can see Jesus in every book in the old testament ( Jn 5:39 ), here you see Jesus cause He took the curse for believers ( Nums 21:8 ); Numbers has highlights that are full of God, letting people know, we are in a war, but we fight a good fight of faith ( 1 Tim 6:12 ); See Old testament survey, Numbers highlights for more; God bless!

Day 26 of change! ( Galatians )

Galatians is full of the old way of doing things vs the new; Paul was explaining that there is no add on to relationship with God, it is by faith ( Gal 3:26 ); Its not what Jesus did plus, it's faith in what Jesus did; This is how we get into the kingdom, and how we live ( Gal 3:11 ), by faith; I thought faith without works is dead?, faith in Christ will compel you to Christ like actions; Galatians is a powerful book, I suggest you study it today; See New testament survey Galatians for highlights in Galatians; God bless!

Day 25 of change! Receive child, receive Christ; ( words of Jesus )

After the disciples were done discussing who was the greatest, Jesus took a child, and set them in the middle of them, and told them, who receives this child receives me; Children with their innocents, trust, purity, etc, are God's, until able to make a choice to receive Him or not; Learn from kids, how to trust, depend on,, etc from their relationship with parents, ours should be the same with God; ( Mk 9:37 ) God bless!

Day 24 of change! Who's the best? ( words of Jesus )

The disciples, like real people, begin to argue about who was the best; Jesus responds to that was, if you think you are first, you should be last; Esteem others more than yourself ( Phillip 2:3 ); ( Mk 9:33-35 ) God bless!

Day 23 of change! Son of man, third day; ( words of Jesus )

Son of man, is a name Jesus called himself as a human, divine eternal leader ( Matt 24:25-31 ); Third day is inclusive, because of calender, events , etc, that I won't get into now- see my wisdom, bible Q&A page for more on Jesus died, rising on third day; Jesus told the disciples what was going to happen, I always called him talking privately with his disciples small group; People perish because lack of knowledge ( Hos 4:6 ), God's word is available to us for every part of life ( 2 Pet 1:3-4 ); ( Mk 9:31 ) God bless!

Day 22 of change! By prayer, and fasting; ( words of Jesus )

Jesus told His disciples privately, that this kind, unbelief v24, only come out by prayer, and fasting; Prayer, talking to an invisible person, God, and fasting, putting your flesh in check, are the only two ways to deal with unbelief, which is believing things that are not the truth, word of God; ( Mk 9:29 ) God bless!

Day 21 of change! Sunday

Go gather with a local church body to edify each other ( 1 Cor 14:26 ); Or pursue your vocation as a leader outside local church walls ( Eph 4:11-13 ); Or support a ministry outside of local church walls ( Phillip 4:14-19 ); To get this gospel to the world ( Matt 24:14 ); God bless!

Day 20 of change! ( Leviticus )

Leviticus is filled with God's laws, and rituals, 600 something odd civil laws; Theses laws, God's standard's, were formed for Jews only ( Rom 2:14-16 ), before Jesus came; Now, you can use them for benefit, as a Gentile, but they were to show people how sinful they were without Jesus ( Rom 3:20 ); Now we have a New testament, Jesus, that a is better covenant ( Heb 7:22 ); God bless!

Day 19 of change! 2 Corinthians;

Paul again in this letter is writting to carnal, babes in Christ, Christian's; This letter, you can't go without mentioning the new testament explained in 4 verses ( 2 Cor 5:17-21 ); The Christian life is about WHO you are, not WHAT, you do; Who you are, will affect what you do, but as believers God has put a new creature in us, totally complete, to fulfill His will here on earth; This IS the Christian life; See New testament survey page for highlights in 2 Corinthians; God bless!

Day 18 of change! Authority; ( words of Jesus )

Plain, and simple truth, we have authority in the earth over all sickness, diseases, which the devil is the author of, directly, or because of the garden, and we must tell it what to do! ( Mk 9:25 ); God bless!

Day 17 of change; If you believe; ( words of Jesus )

Jesus told this man, If you can believe, all things are possible; Jesus turned the responsibility back on him; You might can heal a person with just them not be offended, mustard seed faith, but faith is definitely noticed when applied, and what God expects of people to receive; ( Mk 9:23 ) God bless!

Day 16 of change! How long? ( words of Jesus )

Jesus asked this man's dad, how long has he had this problem; Couple of things here, 1. We know from the consistency of scripture, Jesus was not asking this man how long this has been going on to see IF he can heal him or not; 2. It's all speculation on why he said this, because scripture doesn't say, so I won't make a doctrine out of it, but I believe v25, Jesus said, do not enter no more; So I believe Jesus said that, to tell that devil what exactly to do; Point, you as a believer have authority over demons, you tell them what to do, not the other way around; ( Mk 9:21 ); God bless!

Day 15 of change! Happy MLK Jr Day; Faithless generation; ( words of Jesus )

Happy MLK day; Martin Luther King Jr was a great man of God, who was not afraid to speak truth when it wasn't popular; Jesus called his disciples a faithless generation, because unbelief stopped them from casting out this demon; I believe the disciples could of stayed at it to make it manifest ( Mk 8:22-25 ); Since they didn't, Jesus remarks let's you know His expectations; Jesus expects you to use faith; There isn't this, oh I understand concept with God, when there is no faith; The way to please God is FAITH! ( Heb 11:6 ); God bless!

Day 14 of change! Sunday

Go gather with a local church body, that's preaching truth ( Heb 10:25 ); Or support a ministry outside of local church walls ( Phillip 4:14-19 ); Or pursue your vocational calling outside of church walls ( Eph 4:11-13 ); To get this gospel to the world ( Matt 24:14 ) God bless!

Day 13 of change! ( Exodus )

Exodus, which means way out, is filled with God's law that Moses brought to the people, basically to show them they needed help ( Gal 3:24 ), that help is Christ; They didn't have the permanent Holy Spirit to reveal to them truth ( 1 Cor 2:14 ), so God had to  work from outside in to lead us to where we are at today; See Old testament survey to see highlights of Exodus; God bless!

Day 12 of change! 1 Corinthians

1 Corinthians is written to the most carnal church body that Paul wrote to, but is filled with acknowledgment about spiritual gifts ( chap 12, 14 ); All the religious teaching God can't, won't use you until......this book eliminates that doctrine; You being fruitful, living holy is a by-product of you being in a relationship, and is a result of you WANTING to be those things, instead of trying to be something that isn't from the heart level; Point, God loves people enough to use other people to reach them, and he will deal with you later; That's what 1 Corinthians brings, God is here to help, not condemn; See New testament survey, Grace, Christ in you pages for highlights of 1 Corinthians; God bless!

Day 11 of change! Always back to scripture; ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was explaining to his disciples that John the Baptist, came in the spirit of Elijah; You can also find this in ( Matt 17:12-13; Mal 4:5-6 ); Saying they made suffer John, and will also do him the same; Point I want to make is, Jesus always goes back to scripture to explain things which tells us we should exalt the word as he does, because it's God talking to us, and is the highest authority on earth, and is a plume line to life itself ( Amos 7:7-8 ); ( Mk 9: 13-13 ) God bless;

Day 10 of change! Power! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus basically prophecied that the disciples would not die until the embedded inauguration of the Holy Ghost among believers in ( Acts 1-2 ); When you become a believer, you have life ( Rom 8:10 ) in you, then once you receive baptism in Holy Ghost you have power upon, control, you ( Acts 1:8 ) See baptism in Holy Ghost page for more; ( Mk 9:1 ) God bless!

Day 9 of change! Got what wanted; ( words of Jesus )

My hearts desire for ANYONE I know, have met, will meet, friends with, enemies that don't like me, whoever, is they are saved; ( Rom 1:18-20 ) blesses me to know that EVERYONE every alive is without excuse; At one point in everyone's life, we all have the opportunity to receive Christ as Lord; What's my point, even though I desire all are saved, if not, I don't feel sorry, because according to theses verses, people get what they want, there is no worshipping God in hell; You reject Jesus here on earth, that's what you get eternally; ( Mk 8:38 ) God bless!

Day 8 of change! Gain whole world, lose soul; ( words of Jesus )

What does it profit people to gain the world, yet lose their soul; All the famous people, that aren't Christians, that have had success here on earth, but don't know Jesus, what does it profit to remember them here, but they struggle forever; This life is but a bus stop of time to eternity, what legacy will you leave on people when you are gone! Make decisions today that will effect 600 years from now; ( Mk 8:36 ) God bless!

Day 7 of change; Sunday!

Go and gather with a local church body that is speaking truth ( Ps 133 ), to edifying each other; Or support a outside church walls ministry ( Phillip 4:14-19 ); Or, pursue your vocation as a leader in the body ( Eph 4:11-13 ); To get this gospel to the world ( Matt 24:14 ); God bless!

Day 6 of change! Old testament Saturday ( Genesis )

See my Old testament survey page for an intro on old testament, and see the highlights of Genesis; Genesis is full of great Bible hero's that are in the hall of faith ( Heb 11 ); God is not a respecter of persons ( Acts 10:34 ), so we can take these stories, and learn how they lived their lives as far as faith; Genesis, which means beginning, is also about creation ( Gens 1 ), and the fall of the world ( Gens 2-3 ); It is full of truth from the beginning, that has changed the world; God bless!

Day 5 of change; New testament Friday! ( Romans )

Paul wrote in Romans concerning both believers, and unbelievers in ( Rom 1:7 ); Romans, unbelievers can read and get saved; It is filled with the explanation of the gospel, that all are without excuse, because God gives every human the knowledge of who he is ( Rom 1:18-20 ); The goodness of God leads to repentance ( Rom 2:4 ); None righteous without Christ ( Rom 3:10-18 ); God has imputed righteousness to believers through faith in Christ ( Rom 4:1-16 ); Believers have peace with God ( Rom 5:1-2 ); We can do nothing in ourselves ( Rom 7 ), we need the Spirit ( Rom 8 ); Faith come by word of God ( Rom 10:17 ); You are transformed by renewed mind ( Rom 12:1-2 ); This book is the gospel, good news, explained, a master piece of how this Christian life is received, and lived by faith; See New testament survey, ( Romans ), for more; God bless!

Day 4 of change! Save, lose life; ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said, if you want to save your life, you will lose it; He that will lose his life for him, will save it; Life, existing, being alive, all  revolve from the fact, Jesus is everything,   and we are nothing without Him! ( Mk 8:35 ) God bless!

Day 3 of change! Take up cross! ( words of Jesus )

For Jesus to say " take up your cross ", that must be a phrase that is related to what he is saying, which is to follow him; Taking up your cross to follow God, can only mean, submitting to God, as you do when you carry a cross, you submit to the authority, and you have to put yourself, your will, aside to follow Christ; You think that's easy, but I don't know 1 out of 10 people that are Christians that live this way; God's will is better, but more patient, and faith based, and it's not easy, but simple and worth it, you have to put down the idle entertainment, and pursue it! ( Mk 8:34 ) God bless!

Day 2 of change! Get behind thee Satan! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus told Peter "get behind thee Satan", just a few verses earlier from Peter proclaiming that Jesus is the Christ; Point, there are 2 kingdoms, God's, and this world's, Satan's, and you influence either one with words, and decisions with every choice; There is no gray area, since we are not perfect, God expects growth ( Eph 4:11-13; Rom 8:29 ), and your life to be fruitful, and learning from mistakes ( Jn 15:16 ); ( Mk 8:33 ) God bless!

Day 1 of change!
