Evangelizing teaching

First what is evangelizing, it is spreading the good news!

• All believers responsibility is to save sinners, preach gospel ( Mk 16:15, Matt 4:23; 9:35; Lk 24:47-49; Acts 1:8 ), and make disciples, teach gospel ( Matt 28:19-20 4:23; 9:35; Jn 21:15-18; )

• Some have been called to the leadership role of evangelizing ( Eph 4:11-13 ); Teaching others how to evangelize; ALL have been called to the role of preaching, telling, to EVERY creature the gospel ( Mk 16:15-20; Matt 28:18-20 ); reaching out in your circle of influence!

• Evangelizing scriptures- ( Acts 1:8; Matt 10; 28:18-20; Mk 6:10-13; 16:15-20; Lk 4:18; 6:17-19; 9:1-6; 10:1-19; Heb 2:4; 5:12-14; James 1:21-25; Jn 14:12 )

• Leadership role ( Eph 4:11-13 )- God has set forth leadership in the church body for 1. The maturity of  saints, believers should be growing on a consistent basis, if not growing, your moving backwards; Believers are living water ( Jn 7:38 ), which is a vessel to reach the world; it's like nature, water comes from clouds, The Father; Abides on the mountains, Jesus; From mountains, to rivers, believers; from believers to the world, oceans; All a representation of the word of God, which is considered water ( Eph 5:26 ); 2. The work of the ministry; There is works of faith ( 1 Thessalonians 1:3; James 2:14-26 ) that you present to the world, and are a result of you believing it, and doing what you believe; what you believe, determines what you do, you find out what God has said in His word, and do it; I said before, John G Lake said, " I can act my way to believe, before I can believe my way to act; Smith Wigglesworths said " I start in the flesh, and end in the Spirit; Abraham' s work, worked WITH his faith, to make his faith complete; In other words, faith is a process, that needs to be completed; The biggest mistake, is not trying, find out what God said in His word, and do it! 3. Edifying the body of Christ; The body of Christ is here for each other to BUILD EACH OTHER UP; Church on Sunday, is mainly to edify each other in the faith  ( 1 Cor 14:26 ), our responsibility as believers is to do that, because the world won't; So my edification is You are equipped to get the job done;
• C.S. Lewis I heard once said" There are two saying to life, GOD telling unbelievers, thy will be done, believers telling God, thy will be done "; in others words, as a unbeliever God gives you what you want, there is no God in hell; Believers have done what God wanted them to do, receive Jesus as Lord;
• Rule of thumb- Don't follow a man, unless he can die, and raise himself from the dead; Jesus was the only man able to do that, all 3 godhead person's, ( Rom 8:11; 1 Cor 6:14; John 10:17-18 ) , ALL other cults, world religions follow some man's doctrines that are dead;

• All believers responsibility ( Mk 16:15-20 ); It is All believers duty to GO, initiate the process, of telling people, and ministering the gospel;

Believers have a duty to go into the world, and tell them about Jesus; First I'll explain that responsibility, then get into how to go about it; 1. Go, not wait, and preach, tell , gospel to EVERY creature; Remember, this is different from leadership role, you don't have to know the whole Bible to preach Jesus!; You just need to know, what He has done for you, and others; Simple; but ALL believers should know and live the word, take the word personal 2. Believe, and saved; Baptized a command, but NOT required to be saved; Jesus has died, and rose for the WHOLE world ( 1 Jn 2:2 ), but believers have accepted by faith, and unbelievers haven't; ( Rom 10:9-10 ) confess with mouth, and believe with heart, and saved; It's not just head knowledge, and must be drawn by Spirit ( Jn 6:44 ); ( Rom 8:16 ) Spirit, bears witness with your reborn spirit ( Jn 3:3 ), that you are children of God ( Rom 8:16 ); Baptism is obedience, see water baptism page; 3. Rights of believers; A- These will FOLLOW YOU; Make it happen, not wait; B- Cast out devils; Only unbelievers can be possessed, and believers a stronghold of the soul; Can't be Demon possessed, and Spirit possessed at same time ( Rom 8:11 Col 1:27 ); So people in your city that are possessed, or a believer with stronghold, cast them out; C-  Speak in New tongues, see Holy Spirit baptism page; D- Take up serpents, if there was a snake in your house, would you get rid of it, or let it be; You are in control of taking up things not of God, with God's power; E -Drink, or come across deadly things; You can count on if your doing the work of God, as Paul in ( Acts 28:3-5 ) things might attack, but then and only if loving God, and doing His will, can you apply All things work together for good ( Rom 8:26-28 ); F- LAY hands on sick, they shall recover; This is a part that believers take lightly, but we should be laying hands on sick, in our community, and they shall recover; see Divine healing, health page for more; G- All you have to do is obey God's word, He will confirm it!

• All believers responsibility to go teach nations; ( Matt 28:18-20 )

1. All power is given to Jesus, and we as believers are joint heirs with Jesus ( Rom 8:17-18; Heb 2:11 ), so we have power, abilities, and a right, here on earth, and permission from heaven, to operate in this power; 2. Go, again, it's up to us to go, not wait for God, He is waiting on us; 3. Again, you can baptist any where, a tub, a river etc; see my water baptism page for more; 4. Teaching people, you don't have to be called into leadership teaching to teach; You are not a teacher, but you teach your kids, family, things, or you are not a Chef, but you teach people how to cook; it's up to ALL believers to live, and meditate day, and night on the word, and teach others to observe all things that Jesus has said, in this life;

• ALL believers are to be a witness to all the nation's; A witness testifies to what they have seen, and know; ( Acts 1:8 )

We will receive power, abilities, to be a witness, when we receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit; see my Holy Spirit Baptism page; A witness testifies, and Jesus has done things in your life; If you are born again, you have experienced a miracle in itself, being reborn; Every circumstance, is a opportunity to create a testimony to tell others about;

• How to approach people? ( Don't see people, see the problem, and attack it ); Obey God's word, and He is faithful ( James 1:21-25; Jer 1:12 )

1. Strangers at store; Look for eye contact, initiate a conversion with people; " Hi, God bless you, how is your day; if conversation continues, roll into " can I pray for you, for sickness, salvation, family, etc;

2. Strangers on street; Look for eye contact, or just approach with, " Hi, can I pray for you, if so continue, if not, " O.k., have a blessed day"; The Holy Spirit can increase the seed of God bless you at the least ( Num 6:24 )

3. People in neighborhood, or co-workers, or family; More love, then talk, establish a ground of truth in your environment, and don't compromise; Then be available when opportunities arise, and minister; People you are around the most, neighbors, co-workers, family, are watching, and actions speak louder than words; Most people in these groups , just need time to become convicted, then they will approach, mostly privately;

• What about putting yourself in danger?

A gospel not worth dieing for, is not worth living for! Get a martyr mindset going out!

Examples of risk-
1. Myself, have been threatened physically, called offensive names, mocked, etc; It comes with the territory; Get use to it, we're talking life, and death here!
2. I've heard of ministers oversees, getting dead cats thrown at them
3. A white man, David Wilkerson took a huge risk, traveling from a New England suburb to New York in the midst of Black, and Spanish gangs, to preach the gospel, and it paid off, with a huge convert to Christianity from Nicky Cruz; Who eventually had a huge ministry; There's your risk!
4. Andrew Wommack has stories of being spit on in public!
5. Curry Blake ministered to a couple of guys, and had them even watch their kids for some days, turns out they were wanted by the F.B.I; No one was hurt!
6. John G Lake got arrested for violating the quarantine during a plague
7. Alexander Downy would post bail, and go back to preaching, because he practice medicine, Divine healing, without a license!
8. Gender ministering; I minister to men whenever; To protect myself, I only minister to woman, if there are 2 of them, or if someone else is close by us, or in heavy public traffic; that way I'm protected; If don't feel safe as a female, don't go alone, but at some point, will have to take risk; God protects us!
