Book of Acts written by Luke ( Lk 1:1-3; Acts 1:1 ); Acts is the first century church in action; highlighted by Holy Spirit baptism, and Paul's missionary trips, every chapter has a miracle; See my New testament survey page Acts for highlights; God bless!

Day 179 of change! Preach kingdom of God ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said he must preach the kingdom of God; What is the kingdom of God, within you, believers! ( Lk 4:43 ) God bless!

Day 178 of change! Come out! ( words of Jesus )

Demons had to obey Jesus, and come out of people, because they knew Jesus walked in authority; Authority, faith gets the job done, demons know who walk in authority or not! ( Lk 4:35 ) God bless!

Day 177 of change! Many there, few touched; ( words of Jesus )

Even though many widows, and lepers, only certain few received, allowed to help, Elisha in those situations, due to Prophet not being known in own hometown; Same today, family members to prideful to allow family members aid them with prayer; ( Lk 4:25-27 ) God bless!

Day 176 of change! Believers not known among family! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said a Prophet is not known among his people; Why? Because like they said, " isn't this the carpenter", this is so and so, I've known him since a baby, I've changed his diapers, etc; With that, they don't accept the fact that God is flowing through you, and are offended! Answer, keep moving forward in Gods kingdom, because he's smarter then they are; ( Lk 4:24 ) God bless!

Day 175 of change! ( Proverbs Sunday )

( Prov 3:9-10 )- Honor the Lord with that substance, and firstfruits of increase, and your barns are filled.....; God wants his people rich ( 2 Cor 8:9; Ps 35:27 ), to establish his kingdom, and enjoy it; God cares that your heart is right, and TRUST in him not LOVE for money ( 1 Tim 6:10;17-18 ), and style, and things are not sin, just let your luxury be the by-product of your assets!

Day 174 of change! ( Ezekiel )

Ezekiel author, written to announce God's judgment on Israel, and prophecies of things to come; ( Jn 5:39; 2 Cor 3:14 )- Jesus in Ezekiel, ( Ezek 43:2 )- God's glory; ( Rom 7:22 )- Our inner man we delight in this book, we have the prophecies, and benefits in this book, in us, and can work them out ( Philip 2:12-13 ), for scripture to be fulfilled; See my Old testament page Ezekiel for highlights; God bless!

Day 173 of change! ( Revelation week 3 )

Day 172 of change! 7th year anniversary ( marriage )

Been married for 7 years, and marriage is work, anything worth keeping, is work; I've learned to forgive, and don't give up, and obviously keep Jesus Christ center in your marriage, he holds it together; ( 1 Pet 3:1-7 ) God bless!

Day 171 of change! Scripture fulfilled; ( words of Jesus )

Jesus quoted from ( Isa 61:1-2 ), when he told the people, today this scripture is fulfilled; Basically, if its in God's word, it must be fulfilled when cooperated with, and done his way! ( Lk 4:21 ) God bless!

Day 170 of change! Set free; ( words of Jesus )

JESUS CAME TO SET PEOPLE FREE!!; Once you understand that, you will not have excuses, and religious man made reasons, why you, or others are not being, or in process of being set free! ( Lk 4:18 ) God bless!

Day 169 of change! It is written 3; ( words of Jesus )

This time the devil tried to quote scripture back to Jesus, but only thing with that is he misquoted ( Ps 91:11-12 ); He left out, and added, so be aware, the enemy will attend to misuse what God has said in scripture; ( Lk 4: 10-12 ) God bless!

Day 168 of change! ( Fathers day, Psalm Sunday )

( Ps 22:3 )- God inhabits, takes in, admires, loves, is looking for, appreciates, adores, is glad, hopes that, etc, the praise of Israel, which is now his people if your in Christ ( Gal 6:15-16 ); God bless!

Day 167 of change! Lamentations!

Lamentations, passionate expression of grief; author Jeremiah; point, Jeremiah griefs for Israel; ( Jn 5:39 )- Jesus in this book is our daily mercy v3:22-23; ( Rom 7:22; 2 Cor 3:14 )- through the unveiling of Jesus, and our inner man, we have permenate mercy within us, we know that we are forgiven eternally; God bless!

Day 166 of change! ( week 2 of Revelation )!

Day 165 of change! It is written 2; ( words of Jesus )

The Devil, again tried to question Jesus position; This time if he compromised, and served him; Notice, during these temptations, Jesus quoted scripture, which was no better answer, then resisted devil, both ( James 4:7 ); ( Lk 4:5-8 ) God bless!

Day 164 of change! It is written; ( words of Jesus )

This is 1 of 3 accounts where the devil tempted Jesus, and Jesus responded each time with " it is written " Deuteronomy verses; Point, we should respond the same way to Satan's wiles! ( Lk 4:1-4 ) God bless!

Day 163 of change! World about 6000 years old!

Lk chap 3 covers the genealogy from the time of Adam to Jesus, its about 4000 ish years old; Then our time line is after Jesus resurrection 2018 of course; See Google Genealogy from Adam to Jesus/ the 7000 year plan of God hebroots lul7_8 for the time line dates, and scriptures; ( Lk 3:23-38 ) God bless!

Day 162 of change! Dove upon!

Again another example of baptism of Holy Ghost, being upon, not in, in at salvation ( Jn 3:1-7 ), Jesus, and a believer, as more, to cooperate with the Holy Ghost to get things done here on earth; ( Lk 3:21-22 ) God bless!

Day 161 of change! ( Psalm Sunday )

( Ps 139:1 )- David said, I take heed, special attention to my ways, I don't sin with my tongue, I bridle, control, discipline, my mouth before my enemies; Your mouth is power, use it to thank, praise God, and discipline it to control your body from your inner man; God bless!

Day 160 of change! ( Jeremiah )

Jeremiah, author, written for God's people to return to God; ( Jn 5:39 )- Jesus in Jeremiah, our Righteouness ( ( Jer 23:6 ); ( Rom 7:22; 2 Cor 3:14 )- through the unveiling of Jesus, and our inner man, we discern Jeremiah as a book of promises for believers, and because of Jesus, God sees us righteous; See my Old testament survey page ( Jeremiah ), for highlights in Jeremiah; God bless!

Day 159 of change! ( Revelation )

Revelation, which means reveal, encourage, inspire, author Apostle John, purpose to reveal Christ, and events which shall come to pass shortly; You are blessed, that read this book with faith v1:3; 4 interpretive approaches to this book; 1. Preterist- all events ALREADY occurred; 2. Historicist- survey of church history from apostolic times to present; 3. Idealist- a depiction of a struggle between good, and evil; 4. Day 158 of change! Jn 3:16, and Lk 3:16!

Most people know Jn 3:16, but what about Lk 3:16, Jesus will baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and fire; No reference scripture to my knowledge of what fire indicates, but I believe its just interchangeable with the Holy Ghost as fire; ( Lk 3:16 ) God bless!

Day 157 of change! John Baptist ministry!

John the Baptist ministry was to pave the way for Jesus to come, with baptism of water for repentance of sins, getting others prepared for God in the flesh; What purpose has God on your life today! ( Lk 3:1-15 ) God bless!

Day 156 of change! Jesus had to increase!

If Jesus had to increase in wisdom, and stature, we will have to; The Son of God, God in the flesh, sin less, had to still, within his flesh, increase in wisdom in stature; Who do you think you are to not have to increase in these areas in Christinaty, and have this all figured out quickly! ( Lk 2:52 ) God bless!

Day 155 of change! About the Fathers business! ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was 12 years old, and was lost for 3 days, and when they found him, he was in the midst of doctors, asking, and answering questions interesting!; Jesus answered he was about the Fathers business, how many can say that at the age of 12! Start young with a series, and lifestyle of godly choices, then by time you're an young adult, you'll be mature in the Lord! ( Lk 2:39-49 ) God bless!

Day 154 of change! ( Proverbs Sunday )

( Prov 6:2 )- You, you, you, are snared by the words of YOUR mouth; Can't blame no one else, Satan, and people can ONLY, tempt, put pressure on, you to release words of death ( James 1:13-15; 1 Cor 10:13 ), overall your life consist of a series of choices ( Prov 1:29-31 ) part of those choices is your mouth! Day 153 of change! ( Isaiah )

Isaiah, author, first book of the prophets of God, point, to call God's people back to him, and tell nations about Messiah; ( Jn 5:39 )- Isaiah testifies to Jesus in the sense of Jesus is Emmanuel, God with us ( Isa 7:14 ); ( Rom 7:22, 2 Cor 3:14 )- Our inner man, and see through the eyes of Jesus unveiling, in this Old testament book by all the prophecies prophecied in this book, the scripture has to be fulfilled, in your life, by these Isaiah prophecies; See my Old testament survey page Isaiah for highlights; God bless!
