Jesus is saying here that He would rather go search for that lose sheep ( carnal, of the flesh, not spirit Christian ) than to leave them lose, and focus on the spiritual Christian; this should be our attitude as well; ( Matt 18:12-13 ) God bless!

Rich fool, parable ( words of Jesus )

The rich fool ( unable to make wise decisions ) told his soul, eat, drink, and be merry, but God said unto the rich fool, this very day, your soul is acquired of you! how many people is this speaking to; money, and fame without God, will mean nothing, when you have to give an account to God; ( Lk 12:15-20 ) God bless!

Covetousness! ( words of Jesus )

Be aware! Jesus says of covetousness ( wrongly desirous ) of wealth here on this earth; for that is NOT what our life consist of, is material things, which will burn anyway; so focus on eternal things, and material things ( to enjoy, not love ) will come as a byproduct; ( Lk 12:15) God bless!

Holy Spirit, teach ( words of Jesus )

We as Christians have to learn to trust, and hear the Holy Spirit speaking to us, He is always speaking to us through creation, the Word, and through our circumstances; the way to discern the voice of the Holy Spirit, is to read, and meditate, and get to know God, through His Word, to know His thoughts, and character, and become STILL to discern the voice of the Lord; ( Lk 12:12 ) God bless!

Unforgiven sin! ( words of Jesus )

People who blasphemy the Holy Spirit, 1. have to be mature enough, to understand what they are doing, ( Heb 6:4-6; 10:26 ) Paul blasphemy in ignorance ( 1 Tim 1:13 ); 2.  if you are wondering if you have blasphemy the Holy Spirit, or, not, then you HAVEN'T, because the unforgiven part of blasphemy the Holy Spirit, is you will NOT feel convicted of it; meaning your heart has rejected ( refuse to accept ), not neglected  ( careless in accepted performance ) Jesus; ( Lk 12:10 ) God bless

Hope, not sorrow

I don't watch the negative news, but I hear about it, and I heard about the shooting in Marysville, and other things that are happening in the world; DON'T let sorrow, ( meditating on the negative side of things ) take over your hope ( meditating on the positive side of things ); when you hear of these things, which you do not have to catch the news or newspaper to hear about them, it's enough people gossiping to hear everything that's going on!, 1. PRAY in tongues, 2.PRAY ( Eph 1:17-18, 3:16-17; Col 1:9-10, 2:2 ) that God will reveal the Spirit of revelation, and wisdom, and spiritual understanding to these people, and have hope, not sorrow for this fallen world! get these people saved, and they will go to be straight with the Lord IF something terrible happens, or trust that the Lord will change hearts of people doing this stuff! You don't like whats going on, help by praying, and voting, and speaking on getting GOD, back in schools, like He was before the 60's; when before they took prayer out of schools, 85% of teens bought guns to school, back in the 30's, and NOBODY got shot, because God, was in their classes!; so the answer is not GUNS or not, its JESUS! ( 1 Thess 4:13 ) God bless!

Dragnet ( words of Jesus ) PARABLE FRIDAY

There are people who are NOT born again, that will still be caught by ( dragnet )  the gospel message; but for whatever reason, they have NOT believed on Jesus alone as their Lord, and Savior; it's not rules, or deeds, that save you, it's a personal relationship that saves you, NOT you; so Jesus is speaking here of born again, your spirit ( Jn 3:3 ) , and NOT born again; non born again people are prideful, and don't think they need a Savior; every time Jesus says something like this, He says they NEVER KNEW HIM, not they knew Him, but lose it! ( Matt 13:47-50 ) God bless!

Confess God, before men ( words of Jesus )

Whosoever, the best word in the bible, confesses Jesus, the word, to men, then Jesus will confess them to the angels of God; confess Jesus when sickness tries to occur, confess Jesus when poverty tries to occur, confess Jesus when depression, stress, fear, etc, confess Jesus, the word live, and angels are called to the situation; ( Lk 12:8 ) God bless!

Hairs on head numbered ( words of Jesus )

Even the very hairs on your head are numbered, to the EXACT COUNT; How personal, and amazing is that to know; that God knows, and cares that much about YOU; ( Lk 12: 7 ) God bless!

Fear God, not man ( words of Jesus )

God is telling us to fear the one that has power to cast you into hell, not people who can kill the body, and after that can do nothing to it; Respect authority, and be submissive, but when it comes to truth, or love, you don't have to fear any man; ( Lk 12:4-5 ) God bless!

Parable Leaven of Pharisees ( words of Jesus )

The leaven ( sin that will be exposed eventually like yeast does ) of the Pharisees is a lie; they act like they have this great love for God, and people, but they are just focused on trying to keep the law more than others, so they can say" look at me"; are you focused on you being better than others, because you so called live more holy than others; God is concerned about your heart, and how you treat others; ( Lk 12:1-3 ) God bless!

Faith, by hearing!

Faith come by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, when you hear the word, it brings conviction of what is already inside you, of there is a God, and you need Him; what are you HEARING today; ( Rom 10:17 ) God bless!

Hidden treasure ( words of Jesus ) PARABLE FRIDAY

The kingdom of God, was hidden in a field, and a man found it, and sold all he had, and bought the field; does the kingdom of God mean as much as when you find it, giving up your all to possessing the kingdom; the early church in Acts did this when they seen God doing miracles through the apostles ( Acts 4:32-37 ); are you willing to let God into ALL of your life; ( Matt 13: 44 -46 ) God bless!

Abel's, Zechariah's death's ( words of Jesus )

Abel's death is in ( Gens 4:8 ) and Zechariah's death is in ( 2 Chron 24:20-22 ) by these people killing these people, between the alter, and the temple, it's like rejecting the Messiah, Jesus himself, because their prophecy, and history, ALWAYS points toward Jesus; ( Lk 11:51 ) God bless

Prophets, God; rejected ( words of Jesus )

Prophets have been getting murdered all through the bible; and now they were murdering God Himself; same today, true prophets get made fun of, and not taken seriously, and true believers, who God speaks through, people reject; learn how to discern, good, and evil, by KNOWING the truth; ( Lk 11: 47-48 ) God bless!

Heavy burdens ( words of Jesus )

The lawyers, Pharisees, keepers of the law, were taking the law of Moses, and adding things to it to make it so the people could not keep up with it, and yet they themselves were sinful; same today, God is not concerned with the outside of you, He is concerned with the heart, and believing Him, and loving people; then the outside will WANT to change; ( Lk 11:46 ) God bless!

Unmarked graves ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying the pharisees ( a follower of Jewish law, and heart not for others ) and scribe ( a person who knew the law, and wrote scrolls; Ezra was a scribe Neh 8:9 ) were making people unclean with there hearts, and law ONLY teaching, like in the old testament when someone touched a grave, they were unclean Num 19:16; ( Lk 11:44 ) God bless!

Stay filled!

Stay filled with the Spirit, today; by letting ( on purpose ) the word of Christ dwell in you richly ( to the max ), teaching, and admonishing ( caution of counselor ) another, speaking to yourself in spiritual songs, hymns, making melody in your heart; are you doing ALL you can do today, to apply yourself, in the kingdom of God? ( Col 3:16 ) ( Eph 5:18-19 ) God bless!

Two Sons ( words of Jesus ) PARABLE FRIDAY

One son said that He would not go ,and work in the vineyard, but he repented, and did; another said he would go work in the vineyard but didn't; the son that said he would not do it, but did, is the one who did the will of the Father; be a doer, not just a say I will of the word; James 1:23; 1 Jn 3:18; ( Matt 21:28-31 ) God bless!

Tithe with wrong heart ( words of Jesus )

People like the Pharisees ( religious people that try to keep the law, instead of love ) tithe ( 10% of your income, to express that God is in control of your money, and He owns everything ) as a law, and not from there heart, and love intentions; Repent from that today, if that is you; give out of love, and purpose of trusting God ( 2 Cor 9:6-7 ) ( Lk 11: 42 ) God bless!

Alms from the heart ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying give alms ( money, charity, to the needy ) , focusing on others, is what makes the outside clean, because it starts at the heart ( center of character ) level; ( Lk 11:41 ) God bless!

Outside, inside ( words of Jesus )

God made the inside, and outside of humans; so the whole, I'm seeking God, but doing what I want to everyday, can't get past God; He knows the heart; ( Lk 11:40 ) God bless!

Inside first! ( words of Jesus )

The pharisees ( Jews in Jesus time on earth, who cared more about the Jewish laws, than loving, and caring for people ) were more concerned about cleaning the outside of themselves ( keeping laws ) than cleaning the inside of themselves ( their hearts ), and Jesus is saying, clean your heart ( the deepest desires ), and the outside will be clean; ( Lk 11:39 ) God bless!

Restoration!

Jesus is saying to be sure there is no spiritual darkness rooted in you from sin, that is hindering you from seeing the light of Jesus; attend to the word of God, and allow the Spirit to quicken you in your chooses today; 1. learn the word 2. understand what your reading 3. make a decision to obey what you understand, and watch change develop in your life; ( Lk 11:35 ) God bless!

Light of eye ( words of Jesus ) parable

If your eye is good, things you focus your attention on; being spiritually mature, by focusing on how to be like Jesus, which is God's will, learning from the Holy Spirit's guidance, and God's word as a mirror; and not secular t.v., and secular music, and secular movies, etc, then your whole body will be light, and people will see Christ in you, and you will not be stuck in sinful desires; ( Lk 11: 34-36 ) God bless!

The people of Nineveh repented when they heard the preaching of Jonah, and Jonah wanted them destroyed ( Jonah ); Jesus is better than Jonah, and people listen to Jesus, and don't repent; listen to God's voice, and His people convince you of God's love for you today; ( Lk 11:32 ) God bless
