Believe only! ( Words of Jesus )

Jesus was saying BELIEVE ONLY, because healing is based on what He did, not none of our own works; in a crisis, believe only for a miracle, but other than that, you don't want a miracle, you want to work on belief BEFORE the crisis comes, by obedience in your daily lives; ( Lk 8:50 ) God bless!

Thy faith ( words of Jesus )

The woman with the issue of blood, spent money on physicians for 12 years, never healed, and because Jesus was in human form, He was limited, but still God, didn't know who touched Him, so the Holy Spirit quickened Him, and this lady was healed, because faith was present from both parties; ( Lk 8:43-48 ) God bless!

Cast out ( words of Jesus )

The deep is a place of confinement for demons mentioned in Rev 9:1, and 20:1-3; Jesus didn't send them there, because it wasn't time for them to go there yet; Jesus destroyed alot of money, casting them out into the pigs, that people were more concerned with, than the actual person; God doesn't destroy evil today as well YET, people are just healed of the destructive efforts of demons; ( Lk 8:28-33 ) God bless!

Faith ( words of Jesus )

Where is your faith Jesus tells his disciples, after rebuking the storm; have faith,  in what you CAN'T see, hear, smell, taste, touch, in God, when things are GOOD, and PROBLEMS; ( Lk 8:25 ) God bless!

Two or three witnesses!

The Bible says out of the mouths of two or three witnesses, shall the word be established, so understand the WHOLE Bible, and not just a verse that you take out of content; God says in 2 Cor 13:1 "this is the third time I am coming to you"  ( 2 Cor 13:1 )

Jesus attitude ( words of Jesus )

When the disciples got worried about the storm, Jesus who was asleep!, rebuked the storm then said where is your faith; He didn't say now now friends, it's o.k; NO, He was straight forward, and real, and didn't care about offending the disciples, do you have that attitude toward passive believers, let's PUSH each other to grow, ( Lk 8:23-25 ) God bless!

Hearing the Word ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said His Mother, and brothers are those who hear the Word of God, and do them; HEAR the Word of God today, and apply it to your daily lives; ( Lk 8:21 ) God bless!

Take heed how ye HEAR! ( words of Jesus )

Most unbelivers have heard the gospel, but do nothing with it; most Christians hear the gospel, but decide to remain carnal, and believe in God, for THEM, and for an eternity; once you receive Christ for yourself, the focus should switch to now, and bringing OTHERS with you to heaven; take heed to how you hear, t.v, facebook, radio, cd's, dvd's, movies, music, etc, because negative hearing, plants seeds, to harvest negative actions; ( Lk 8:18 ) God bless!

Candle under a bed ( words of Jesus ) parable

No one lights a candle, and hides it under a bed, but puts it high, where the light will matter; there is NOTHING secret, that will not be manifested with God; ( Lk 8: 16-17 ) God bless!

Sow seeds ( words of Jesus ) parable!

Four kinds of ground ( heart of person ), that a seed was planted; way side, didn't penetrate the concrete soul ( heart ), and the fowls ( devil ) devoured it; a rock, penetrated, but as soon as it sprung up, it withered away, because of no root; among thorns, but the cares of this world, choked the word, and made it of no effect; good ground, it bought forth fruit, a hundred, sixty, thirtyfold; only ONE heart, produced fruit, seek to avoid the other three; this is all in attempt to steal THE WORD from you! ( Lk 8: 5-15 ) God bless!

Grace!

Grace ( what Jesus did, not ANYTHING you do )  causes you to live for God accidentally, than on purpose; so allow the Holy Spirit, to SHOW you how to live, not focus on the old testament laws, which we are NOT under; ( Rom 6:14 ) God bless!

Prostitute, not religious leader ( words of Jesus )

The prostitute, washed Jesus feet, an act of kindness, because sandaled feet got dirty, and anoint His feet with oil, very comforting, and great smelling, and greeted him with a kiss, a sign of great comfort, and the Pharisee never felt lead, because of pride to do either, the prostitute's humility, showed her faith in a Saviour; are you willing to humble yourself, for your Saviour; ( Lk 7:44-47 ) God bless!

Two debtors ( words of Jesus ) parable

Two people owed debt; one five hundred, one five dollars; both were paid off, who would love the person that paid the debt off more? we ALL deserve hell, because we are not perfect, and can't live up to God's standard's by ourselves, but Jesus paid that debt for us, and some owed more than others, because of life styles; ( Lk 7: 40-42 ) God bless!

Children in marketplace ( words of Jesus ) parable

Jesus was saying that people are like children, in a marketplace, society, public, church, etc, who sit there, and have God speak to them, and they don't receive what God is putting in their way for the truth, instead, they come up with every excuse, not to believe; Jesus is referring here to Himself, and John the Baptist, as the ones speaking the truth! ( Lk 7: 32-35 ) God bless!

Least, greater than John the Baptist ( words of Jesus )

Jesus said that there is no greater prophet than John the Baptist, but the LEAST in the kingdom of God is GREATER than he; this should erase any problem with your acceptance in God's eyes, and the kingdom of God; ( Lk 7:24-28 ) God bless!

What you have seen ( words of Jesus )

Jesus was telling the men to go tell John the Baptist, what you HAVE SEEN, people healed, and basically give a testimony of what you've seen, to confirm, Him being who He said He is; what has Jesus done in YOUR life, that you can tell others about; ( Lk 7: 22-23 ) God bless!

Healing is effort!

You can't catch healing!; you can catch sickness, alot of the times you don't know where it came from; but healing takes effort, and diligence; ( Isa 33:24 ) God bless!

Healing; arise ( words of Jesus )

Healing scriptures build your ability to use the faith, that you have as a believer; Jesus set an example for us the church, and He had compassion on this widow, who's son was dead, and he raised him from the dead, showing raising the dead is NOT above the power of the Holy Spirit; including today! ( Lk 7: 10-14 ) God bless!
